Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Business Development Director, Generalist (Contractor) based in the United States to build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem for an AI-native identity solution.

You will drive partner-led GTM programs, oversee systems integration and customer success, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams. Remote within the U.S. with contract-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology.
• Experience building partnerships across cloud services, enterprise tech, security, identity, trust, and/or global systems integration.
• Ability to engage with product, engineering, architecture, security, and executives and translate technical capabilities into commercial propositions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Develop global partnership strategy across cloud providers, trust and identity platforms, and global SI partners.
• Identify and develop high-impact partnerships to accelerate distribution, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Build executive relationships and negotiate agreements that translate partnerships into technical integrations and commercial results.
• Design scalable partner incentives and commercial models for integration and distribution.
• Lead partner-led go-to-market initiatives and repeatable engagement models.
• Guide systems integration and customer success with partner ecosystems and adoption playbooks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM to align initiatives with roadmap.
• Represent the business externally with partner executives and in industry forums.
• Deliver measurable first-year results: target 10–15 partnerships and 5–8 active design partners.
