Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video outputs against prompts, explain what looked or sounded off in writing, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and clear written communication. Flexible hours and remote work are available, with opportunities to earn incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
