Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare images and videos to determine adherence to prompts and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all remotely and on your schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, contributing to a real-world impact through Outlier’s evaluation loop and flexible remote hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English detailing observations.
