Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing—all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, rating adherence and realism, and producing concise, evidence-based explanations. The work helps improve AI systems and models across various tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and strong listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
