Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule. Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to improvements in real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay, zoom in, and spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
