Runway, a leading AI-powered creative tools company, seeks an AI-native Social Media Creative. You’ll craft high-impact short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and X using Runway’s products and AI workflows.

You’ll operate remotely across North America, collaborating with product, research and marketing to turn new features into compelling social content that stops the scroll and proves the product’s value on day one.

Formación

• 4 to 8 years of professional creative experience in social.
• Exceptional short-form editing with hooks and pacing.
• Portfolio with AI-driven, polished work.
• Deep fluency with generative AI creative tools.
• Strong visual and conceptual taste.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality short-form video, motion, design and animation for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and X using AI tools, primarily Runway's own products.
• Edit short-form content built to hold attention, from the opening hook through the final frame.
• Develop concepts and execute finished work from initial idea through final output.
• Create top-of-funnel content that stops the scroll and performs with each platform's algorithm.
• Respond to trends, news and cultural moments with fast, real-time content.
• Explore and push the creative boundaries of generative AI tools, finding new techniques and workflows.
• Produce content across brand campaigns, product marketing, social, tutorials and internal demos.
• Partner with product and research teams to translate new features into creative work.
