Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Data Platform Architect to own the architecture and governance of a scalable marketing data platform.

You will lead Databricks-based data products and enable AI-ready insights while collaborating with Adobe, Salesforce, and engineering teams to drive data-driven marketing strategies. You will define long-term platform vision, establish standards, and guide modernization initiatives that ensure secure, scalable, and governed data

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or related disciplines.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Spark, governance, and orchestration.
• Experience designing modern lakehouse architectures and enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Advanced data modeling and SQL skills.
• Experience designing AI-driven data solutions and automation.
• Strong metadata management, lineage, observability, governance, and platform operations.
• Advanced understanding of Adobe's digital ecosystem and Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Own the architectural vision, governance, performance, and long-term evolution of Lumen's marketing data platform.
• Lead the design, implementation, and operational strategy of Databricks as the strategic platform for marketing data and intelligence.
• Define scalable data architectures supporting analytics, reporting, customer intelligence, personalization, and AI use cases.
• Establish platform standards for data modeling, ingestion, orchestration, observability, security, and environment promotion.
• Design and govern reusable data products for trusted access to marketing data across the organization.
• Drive modernization to improve scalability, reduce debt, and accelerate delivery.
• Define governance standards for metadata, lineage, schema, data quality, and lifecycle management.
• Design for AI-native operations with automated quality controls, monitoring, testing, deployment, and operational intelligence.
• Partner with Adobe, Salesforce, analytics, engineering, and business teams for seamless integration.
