Latcha-Associates in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks a senior Data Platform Leader to guide a large staff of data engineers, developers, integration engineers and QA specialists. You will architect end-to-end data initiatives and ensure scalable pipelines, overseeing enterprise software integrations and driving AI-enabled marketing platforms for OEM clients.

Formación

Minimum five years leading data operations and delivering digital experiences.
Experience managing onshore and offshore engineering teams.
Proven ability to architect enterprise data platforms for marketing/CRM integration.

Responsabilidades

Lead data engineering and platform development teams to deliver scalable data pipelines.
Oversee integration with Tier 1, Tier 3, and third-party data sources.
Own Azure/Databricks/Fabric enterprise data architecture and data governance.
Build AI-enhanced marketing platforms for OEM clients and 400 dealerships.
Mentor engineers and coordinate multi-program development.
Partner with IT infrastructure, Creative and Marketing Intelligence.
Ensure production readiness and on-time delivery.
