Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive data and analytics platforms, collaborating with the Product Team. You will design, implement, and operationalize data solutions, enabling self-service and governance across enterprise sources.

You will lead with Python development, AWS containerization, Snowflake, and dbt, while ensuring data quality, security, and scalable architecture for Generative AI data layers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data engineering experience with architecture and modeling.
• Strong Python development, production-grade code, APIs and automation.
• Advanced SQL and data integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Formulate production-grade data engineering solutions for Lennar’s data platforms.
• Architect and implement ETL, ELT, and streaming data ingestion across sources.
• Develop modular data apps in Python and containerize them.
• Improve data ingestion, quality, cost, and maintainability across storage/compute.
• Define engineering standards, tests, and secure CI/CD workflows.
