You will work on agents with real authority over real business processes like orders, inventory, and financials, with safe grounding and typed tools.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to ship production-grade AI capabilities, including evaluation harnesses, grounding strategies, and scalable UI components.

Qualifications

• Shipped real AI/LLM-powered features in production environments.
• Hands-on experience designing agents that perform real workflows (orders, inventory, financials).
• Strong engineering fundamentals; able to judge interaction quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agents, tools, and AI-native interactions for ERP workflows.
• Develop typed, intent-routed tools and grounded retrieval for scalable apps.
• Create a composable AI-first UI and evaluation harness to measure UX improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ship reliable AI-first features at scale.
