Job summary

Newpage Solutions is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who treat AI as the substrate for software development. You will partner with clients and leaders, shape ideas, build production-ready software end-to-end, and ship without waiting for backlogs.

Strong knowledge of Python/TypeScript, cloud deployment, and modern AI tooling is required. You will sit close to product leaders, deliver prototypes weekly, and own the build–from idea to production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production AI/agentic applications with full-stack delivery.
• Experience wiring tools to models and orchestrating multi-step workflows.
• Hands-on with Python or TypeScript, modern web frameworks, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate ideas into shippable software.
• Build modular backends and full-stack apps with AI components end-to-end.
• Prototype, test, deploy, and productionize agentic solutions in the cloud.
• Mentor others on system design, AI patterns and engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality, observability, and cost-conscious deployment.
