Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production apps with AI/agentic approaches.
• Hands-on with agents, wiring tools to models for multi-step workflows.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript and clean architectural practices.

Responsibilities

• Sit with business or clinical leaders to translate ideas into concrete, buildable software.
• Deliver a working prototype by week’s end and ship end-to-end in production.
• Architect modular backends and full-stack systems aligned with clean code and scalability.
