Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management related practices, risk, and audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI Model governance standards.
• Strong written and verbal skills to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and standards.
• Establish and maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models with metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory needs and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks and controls.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls and KRIs against policies.
• Support model validation and testing with defined scope and findings.
• Participate in AI Model Governance audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams and auditors to address risks.
• Monitor regulatory expectations related to AI and governance.
• Identify opportunities to automate governance processes.
