You will mentor data scientists, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate with senior stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals. This role emphasizes responsible AI and scalable production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied ML/research experience with production-grade models.
• Deep expertise in LLM training or deployment at scale.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks; cloud experience.
• Expert GPU knowledge and optimization experience.
• Excellent communication for influencing stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI safety and cyber-detection solutions with the team.
• Lead end-to-end R&D: data sourcing, labeling, modeling, evaluation, and engineering.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Drive LLM research and deployment strategies with security experts.
• Balance accuracy, efficiency, and costs of models in production.
• Decide on GenAI architectures and training approaches.
• Guide research strategy for new GenAI agents and LLMs.
• Mentor Data Scientists and promote engineering excellence.
• Align technical strategy with business goals through leadership.
