Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and lead the next generation of AI/ML technologies. You will work with scientists, software engineers and product managers to set technical direction and to drive hands-on innovation in AI capabilities.

You will help shape the vision for GenAI agents, collaborate across teams, and mentor peers while contributing to high-impact, production-grade models at scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied ML/research experience.
• Deep expertise in LLM training or deployment at scale.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with scientists, software engineers and PMs to provide technical leadership for AI capabilities.
• Shape technical vision and drive hands-on innovation in AI safety, red-teaming, and deployments.
• Lead and architect strategy for GenAI agents and LLMs; set technical direction for the team.
• Drive end-to-end R&D: data sourcing, labeling, modeling, evaluation, and engineering collaboration.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Mentor Data Scientists and foster engineering excellence.
• Represent CrowdStrike's technical excellence through publications and talks.
