Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their own space. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with competitive pay and flexible hours. You’ll access leading LLMs and participate in a global screening program from multiple eligible regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a precise English explanation of what was observed.
