Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and provide written explanations of what looks off or sounds unusual.

Your insights help shape how AI systems reason and improve. We offer weekly payments and access to leading LLMs, with earnings up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to work in United States and other countries listed.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio mismatch.
• Write a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard for each task.
