Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, rate adherence and realism, and provide concise written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Happy to review AI-generated media and provide written feedback.
• Ability to follow prompts and clearly articulate issues observed.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge adherence to instructions.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise, English-language explanation of findings for each evaluation.
