Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You\'ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare image and video outputs to judge prompt adherence.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Your insights help improve AI systems through an evidence-based writing process.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts more accurately.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming, replaying—to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
