Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images/videos, and explain issues in writing, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent fluency in English with clear written expression.
• High attention to detail and careful listening/speaking.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations detailing observed issues.
