Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 per hour, with free access to leading LLMs and opportunities across multiple countries, including the United States.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with clear written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus (nice to have).
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each exchange was.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a written explanation in English.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt and select the better, including edited vs original.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a text prompt or compare edited videos to their source.
• Video caption labeling: write precise captions for first-person videos, starting from an AI draft.
• Audio and voice evaluations: rate naturalness and pronunciation and how closely it matches a target voice.
