Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to discuss scenarios precisely are required.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate them.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, or mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English pointing to what you observed.
• Rank outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
