Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with an AI voice model, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. This fully remote role offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and the chance to work from home or while traveling.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with clear writing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to decide between imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignments in audio/video.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was observed or heard.
