Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. Review live AI voice interactions, compare images and videos, and write clear explanations of what’s off, all from home or while traveling.

The role involves rating outputs for realism and adherence to prompts, with payments weekly and access to leading LLMs. Prior experience in review writing and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio/video misalignment; noting issues.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise written explanation in English.
