Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, with flexible hours and weekly payouts. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your insights help improve AI systems used in research and development projects. As part of Outlier’s evaluation workflow, you’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, providing concrete explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations in natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignments.
• Write a concise English explanation of what was wrong and why.
