Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, then score exchanges and explain what looked or sounded off, entirely remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to the prompts, inspecting outputs for artifacts, and writing concise explanations in English that justify your judgments. Flexible, remote work with ongoing access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise, evidence‑based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting issues like distortions or audio misalignment.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
