Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on your own schedule. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Across image, video, and audio tasks, you’ll compare outputs to prompts, note distortions or misalignments, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judging adherence to instructions.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
