Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs and explain what’s off, all on your own time.

Responsibilities include rating realism and clarity, detailing why a given response deviates from the prompt, and writing concise explanations in English. Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like AI artifacts, flickering, misalignment of audio and video.
Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was observed.
