Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own terms.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, rating adherence and realism, and providing concise written explanations. Prior experience with AI media evaluation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write concise explanations in English describing what was observed and why.
