Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will assess outputs for naturalness, accuracy, and adherence to prompts, provide written explanations in English, and help improve model performance. The role offers flexible hours, remote work, and pay per hour with incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think clearly and decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, misalignment, or audio/video mismatch.
• Write explicit explanations in English detailing what was off and why.
