Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos, and write explanations in writing describing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations and reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues and differences.
