Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, and explain any issues in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your input helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. You’ll log observations and contribute to a feedback loop that informs frontier research and real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs in detail to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video, and explain findings in writing.
• Provide concise, evidence-based explanations of observed issues in English.
