Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos against prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail; patient and careful.
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
Capable of decisive choices when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, and audio/video misalignment.
Write clear English explanations detailing what was observed.
