Outlier is inviting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their own homes. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain issues in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Participants review image, video, and audio outputs, scoring adherence and realism while noting what looked or sounded off. The role emphasizes careful observation and precise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something is off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries (listed in the ad).

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
