Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will guide live conversations with AI voice models, compare paired media, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve the models.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when only one option shows flaws. Remote work with flexible hours and prompt payments are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise explanations is a plus.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in or replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy or misalignment.
• Rate outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and write a clear, English explanation.
