Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what is off in writing. Your work helps improve AI reasoning, learning, and real-world performance.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to express findings clearly. Remote work offers flexible hours, with pay up to $18 per hour and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-written images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flicker, mismatches, or errors and explain findings in writing.
