Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off on your own schedule from home.

You’ll rate outputs, write clear explanations in English about what looked or sounded wrong, and help improve AI reasoning and performance. Fully remote with flexible hours, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining through realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit English explanations of findings.
