Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, in writing, to help improve AI systems.

Ideal candidates have strong written English and sharp attention to detail. This remote role pays up to $18 per hour, with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing clear, evidence-based explanations of what was observed.
