Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI outputs, and assess how well they follow prompts. You will explain issues in writing and contribute to improving AI systems.

Role offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries can participate, with earnings up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation in English detailing what was seen or heard across outputs.
