Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Applicants from multiple countries are welcome. Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise English explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation of the choice.
