Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll test AI voice models in live conversations, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 per hour, paid weekly, and gain free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which more closely follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a precise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
