Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rate responses, and judge how well images and videos follow prompts. You will also write concise explanations of issues found to help improve AI systems.

The role is remote with weekly payments and access to popular LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment and explain them in writing.
• Provide a written explanation highlighting what was seen or heard and why it matters.
