Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing. Your work helps improve AI reasoning and realism.

Hours are flexible and fully remote, with weekly payments. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting artifacts, distortions, or misalignments.
• Writing explanations in English detailing why a choice was made.
