Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and write precise explanations in writing about what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard, across multiple outputs.
