Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live English conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and judge alignment with prompts. You’ll explain your observations in writing from anywhere with a flexible schedule.

Applicants from multiple countries are welcome. Pay is hourly with weekly payments, plus access to top LLMs and potential incentives. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and speaking.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Ability to explain findings clearly in writing.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-text mismatches.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was off and why.
