Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, describing issues in writing, and helping improve AI systems. Earn up to $18/hour with flexible, location-independent work.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings in writing.
• Comfortable reviewing AI media and providing constructive feedback.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge adherence.
• Spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was wrong.
