Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, self-paced schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-produced images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and providing written explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with pay up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail; able to replay/zoom to verify issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.
• Think quickly and explain scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• We are accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to observed issues.
