Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will rate and explain live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs for prompt adherence, and write concise explanations of issues found.

Paid weekly on a 1099 contract basis; rates vary by expertise and project. Benefits include flexible hours and free access to popular LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking quickly and explaining realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
