Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and provide written explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Paid as a 1099 contractor, rates vary by expertise and project. Weekly payments are available via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, with free access to leading LLMs and the ability to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of observations.
