Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Paid hourly with weekly payments, up to $15/hour plus incentives, and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries, including the United States, are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in for accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred or pursuing.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unusual motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
